SHMRRC Minutes for the Monthly Meeting

The meeting was held at Mt. Lebanon United Lutheran Church, President Jeff Graybill presiding.

Presidents Report:
As stated at the last meeting, since we are not participating in the Greenberg Show we will have a working meeting to bring our modules up to the FreeMo Standards.  We can’t use the church room in July due to the Vacation Bible School so our choices are a Saturday in August.  August 8th is out due to a conflict with member’s schedules so we have August 1st, 15th, 22nd, and 29th as possible dates.  Any member participating in the working meeting should let Jeff know if any of the four remaining dates will not work for him.  

The list of items that will be installed on the modules if needed are Digitrax panels on each side of the modules and installation of an accessory buss on every module.  Needed items are the Digitrax panels, loconet plugs, wire, and wire connectors.  Consensus was that we already have what we need from members’ personal supplies. 

Also, during the work session, if anyone has any problems with track or switches they can be addressed and fixed. 

We will discuss what tools or equipment we need to bring to the meeting.
